With the war drawing to a close, the 12th Guards Heavy Tank Regiment was fighting in Czechoslovakia against German troops which now consisted of weary youths or old men. The 12th, along with four rifle divisions, launched their assault against a small line of fortifications held by elements of the German 545th and 320th Volksgrenadier divisions.
Objectives: Your company must dig the Fascists out of their field positions and then move northwest and capture the bridge. Your platoon forms the left flank of the company battleline and will advance to the objective. The right flank platoon will move to the objective using the road as a rough guide. Yefreytor Sotnikov's platoon will move to the high ground between your platoon and the right flank platoon to act as overwatch support. Remember that Yefreytor Sotnikov's platoon consists of captured Panthers. While our company strikes the enemy's right flank, one battery of SU-152 Mechanized Guns will bombard the enemy center, while another bombards the enemy left. There are several enemy Tank Destroyers in and around the river crossing.
